From the depths of the ocean to the forefront of the energy transition - Peter never thought he would trade his career for a future in hydrogen technology. But he had been intrigued by the subject for some time.

‘I wanted to do something with hydrogen, but I didn't know exactly how. When I saw a vacancy at Resato in the newspaper, I decided to apply immediately.’ He expected to have to start at the bottom, but Resato immediately saw his potential. ‘The trust I received here from day one felt great. Now, as a new employee, I am already being sent to a supervisor's position.’

Why work at Resato?

Work with impact - from oil and gas to hydrogen: Peter is now helping to build a hydrogen refueling station for trains on an old coal storage site. "You can literally see the future in the making," he says.
Growth - "I never thought I would be given a role of responsibility so soon. Talents are really used here."
Strong team spirit – "You are never alone. We always go out as a team and that trust feels very good."
Satisfaction above all else - "I could have earned more from diving, but the satisfaction I get here is priceless. I am helping to build something great."
