In order to realise our ambitions, we will be expanding significantly as an organisation over the next few years, with a move to new premises and the construction of a new production facility. Facility Manager (32-40 hours)
As a Facility Manager, you will play a key role in creating an optimal and sustainable working environment. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for the property management, maintenance and sustainability of our buildings and systems.
Your responsibilities will include
- Developing a long-term strategic plan that translates the wishes and policies of management and MT into concrete measures and actions, with a particular focus on making buildings and systems more sustainable.
- Prepare, manage and monitor facilities budgets, estimates and expenditure with a keen eye on cost control and efficiency.
- Ensuring that the technical condition and performance of buildings, facilities and systems remain intact and comply with legislation and safety standards.
- Manage the leasing, procurement and implementation of property projects, ensuring the efficient and sustainable use of our resources.
- Optimising workstations, meeting rooms, storage areas and our vehicle fleet to ensure a functional and pleasant working environment
- Providing facilities services, such as organising cleaning, security and waste management, to ensure a safe and pleasant working environment.
- As our Facility Manager, you play a crucial role in creating an optimal and sustainable working environment. You work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for the management, maintenance, and sustainability of our buildings and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management or Property Management, supplemented by several years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills with a talent for connecting, persuading and engaging people at all levels of the organisation
- You enjoy working in a team and are naturally service-oriented
- A quality driven mindset with the ability to translate high standards into practical and effective solutions
- A hands-on mentality and the flexibility to adapt quickly in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
