Installation Technician

For our international installation team, we are seeking an Installation Technician who enjoys traveling, takes responsibility, and thrives on technically challenging work.
Installation Technician
As an installation technician, you ensure that our hydrogen refueling stations are assembled, installed, and prepared for commissioning on-site. You will work at locations throughout Europe and form a close-knit team together with specialists, civil contractors, and a project manager. During installation, you act as the technical point of contact and ensure everything runs smoothly.
What you will do
- Install and assemble the main components of the hydrogen refueling station.
- Install piping according to drawings and prepare welding and RTD work.
- Align, position, and assemble installation components.
- Lay, bundle, and connect cabling according to electrical schematics.
- Check electrical systems using I/O checklists and perform cause & effect tests.
- Pressure test piping systems in accordance with ITP documents.
- Gather and process technical data and project information.
- Ensure tools and materials are in order and deliver a tidy site for the commissioning engineer.
- Keep administrative records such as hours, materials, usage, and expenses.
What you bring
- A completed secondary vocational education (MBO level 4) in a technical field (e.g., installation technology, engineering, maintenance/electrical engineering).
- Several years of experience as an installation technician or installation engineer, preferably in an industrial environment.
- You work accurately, handle stress well, and can work independently.
- You are communicative and take responsibility for your work.
- You enjoy working abroad for extended periods.
