IT-Engineer
As an IT Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our IT team. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions that drive our organization forward. You will manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate at peak performance. Additionally, you will support colleagues with technical questions and actively participate in the development of our IT policy.
As a IT-Engineer you will
- Manage and maintain networks, systems, and databases.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Support users with technical questions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of IT policies.
- Supervise and oversee suppliers for IT outsourcing.
- Lead and execute IT projects.
- Enhance workplace automation through Intune.
- Assist in developing the security policy.
- Help achieve and maintain ISO 27001 compliance.
- Ensure an efficient onboarding process for new colleagues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of our IoT platform.
What you bring
- A completed bachelor's degree in IT, or a vocational MBO4 qualification with relevant practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment.
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and databases.
- Experience in developing IT solutions and analyzing IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in writing technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing IT needs.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Linux, and virtualization techniques.

Resato Hydrogen Technology is a technology leader when it comes to Hydrogen Refueling Stations headquartered in Assen. With over 30 years of experience in high-pressure technology, we understand how high pressure works and have become very good at it.
The focus is therefore on sustainability, safety and efficiency. Meanwhile, Resato has realised several hydrogen refueling solutions in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Sweden. The stations are both stations for fleet owners and public stations.
