LCM Manager
Our LCM Manager role is new within the organization – a position where you have the opportunity to leave your mark on the Life Cycle Management of our innovative products. You will have the freedom to create structure, improve processes, and be an indispensable link in our mission to accelerate emission-free mobility worldwide. No paved paths, but plenty of room to turn your vision and experience into concrete results.
With your experience in Life Cycle Management, you know exactly what is needed to optimize processes and create support within an organization. You are analytically strong, a true connector. The dynamics of our organization often bring a hectic atmosphere. You are resilient to stress, know how to set priorities, and keep a cool head, even when the pressure increases.
What will you do as LCM Manager?

You coordinate the LCM program from start to finish – from the release phase to the phase-out of products.

You inventory and prioritize all LCM tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.

You are not only a coordinator but also a hands-on project leader – you truly have the space to make a difference.

You actively think along about process improvements and know how to promote them within the organization.

You build and manage the LCM dashboard with smart KPIs that continuously provide insight into product performance.
What do you bring

At least 10 years of experience in an LCM environment within product development.

Experience with PLM and ERP systems such as KeyTech and Ridder.

Knowledge of IT migrations is a big plus.

A flexible and entrepreneurial mindset.

The ability to organize yourself and your environment.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Resato Hydrogen Technology is a technology leader in Hydrogen Refueling Stations, headquartered in Assen. With over 30 years of experience in high-pressure technology, we understand how high pressure works and have become very good at it.
Our focus is on sustainability, safety, and efficiency. Resato has already realized several hydrogen refueling solutions in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Sweden. The stations serve both fleet owners and public refueling needs.
