For our Product Support department, we are looking for a:
Manager Product Support
As Manager Product Support, you are fully responsible for developing, positioning, and growing our service and maintenance organization. You will build a distinctive, scalable, and profitable service proposition that ensures maximum uptime for our customers while contributing structurally to the company’s commercial growth. Product Support is more than just support – it is a strategic pillar within our organization. You ensure that service is recognized as a key value proposition for customers and as a strategic partner for Sales, R&D, and Operations.
What will you do?
Strategy & Positioning
- Develop a clear, commercial vision for Product Support as an independent business unit.
- Translate this vision into a scalable operating model with appropriate pricing, propositions, and partnerships.
- Position service as a strategic growth engine within the organization and in the market.
Commercial Leadership
- Design sustainable service and maintenance models with healthy margins.
- Shape the commercial strategy, contract structures, and pricing models together with Sales and Finance.
- Build long-term customer relationships and capitalize on commercial opportunities with international accounts.
Planning, Performance & P&L
- Take full responsibility for budgets and steer on revenue, margin, and costs.
- Translate strategic objectives into concrete KPIs and action plans.
- Establish and safeguard professional contract and performance management structures.
Partnerships & Market Development
- Build an international network of high-quality service partners.
- Enter into commercial partnerships with a focus on both quality and profitability.
- Develop scalable service concepts together with partners.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build a high-performance team of technical and commercial professionals.
- Create ownership, direction, and a clear vision within the department.
- Develop talent and firmly position Product Support within the organization.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify commercial and operational improvement opportunities.
- Lead strategic improvement projects that impact customer value and profitability.
- Foster an entrepreneurial, continuous improvement culture within the team.
Who are we looking for?
We are not looking for a manager — we are looking for a builder.
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s level of thinking and working, preferably with a technical background.
- You have proven experience in setting up and growing a service or Product Support organization.
- You have strong commercial insight and experience with business models, pricing, and contract strategies.
- You are an inspiring leader with vision and persuasive power.
- You feel comfortable operating in an international, technical environment.
- You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English.
- You have an affinity with energy, hydrogen, and sustainable mobility.
