Project manager
As a Project Manager at Resato Hydrogen Technology, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of hydrogen refueling stations for customers across Europe. From the handover by Sales through to successful delivery and commissioning, you ensure strong project organization, clear communication, and an excellent customer experience.
You will lead projects with a duration of approximately 12 to 18 months and manage cross-functional teams of 6 to 12 professionals from various disciplines, including engineering, IT, operations, installation, commissioning, and product support. You will be based at our headquarters in Assen, working closely with international stakeholders and traveling periodically within Europe.
What will you do?
You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from preparation to execution and final delivery.
Preparation
- Develop project plans (scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risks)
- Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teams
- Organize project kick-off meetings and establish clear agreements and ways of working
- Align with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Execution
- Monitor project schedule, budget, and quality
- Identify and manage risks and bottlenecks
- Ensure the timely and complete delivery of hydrogen refueling stations
- Maintain project documentation, decisions, and progress reports
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Lead weekly progress meetings with the Customer Delivery Team
- Organize monthly progress reviews and alignment meetings with stakeholders
- Maintain close relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Monitor and continuously improve customer satisfaction
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Capture and share best practices and lessons learned
- Contribute to the further professionalization of project management within Resato
You ensure smooth collaboration within the team and foster a shared sense of ownership for successful project delivery.
What do you bring?
- A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in a technical field
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Financial awareness (budget control and cost management)
- Leadership capabilities: able to motivate teams and drive results
- Fluent in Polish and English (Dutch is a plus)
