Technical Trainer / Instructor
As a Technical Trainer / Instructor at Resato Hydrogen Technology, you play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality training to our new Resato field service engineers, service partner technicians, and end customers. You will be responsible for creating effective training materials and conducting interactive and engaging training sessions. Your goal is to provide your trainees with the knowledge and skills they need to make the most of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive modules.
- Providing training to new Resato field service engineers, service partner technicians, and end customers, both on-site and at our headquarters in Assen.
- Assessing the training needs of customers and adapting training programs to meet these needs.
- Evaluating the learning process and the effectiveness of the training sessions, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and developments in our field.
Job Requirements
- At least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in a technical field.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training.
- Ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way.
- Willingness to travel for on-site training.
